This was my first visit to a new dentist in more than 40 years, and Dr. Pirino and the entire team exceeded my expectations. The office is welcoming, highly efficient, and equipped with the latest technology. From the moment I arrived, the staff communicated clearly about what to expect during my appointment, as well as any associated costs. Their professionalism, transparency, and patient-centered approach made the experience extremely comfortable. I can’t say enough good things about Debary Dentistry! I’ve always been afraid of the dentist, to the point where I’d cancel and reschedule several times before I actually went in begrudgingly. Not any more! I look forward to having my exam and cleaning; they gave me real solutions for improving my dental health and I’m seeing the results. Nate is so patient with my anxiety and sensitivity, and Dr. Wells is thorough and caring. The front desk staff have been so helpful with an insurance snafu, and just always greet with a smile (Bibi) and caring attitude. Hopefully this is my dentist for life! The absolute best in every way!! My hygienist Nathan has helped me overcome my dental anxiety by being kind, patient, and caring. Dr. Wells is thorough, knowledgeable, and personable. The reception is warm and welcoming always, and insurance issue was handled promptly and professionally. The office is so clean and well managed. Went in for a cleaning today. From the check-in gals at the front desk, to Catherine (my tech) and back to check-out, it couldn’t have gone better. Catherine always does a 5 ⭐️ job!
